At the same time, our professional tutors also provide specialized SAT and ACT tutoring services, helping students take the initiative when applying to universities.

Sometimes this situation does occur, usually when the subject you have chosen is quite popular, and the corresponding teachers have no available appointment slots. We suggest that you first purchase other desired subjects that are available. For subjects you need but are not available on the website, you can contact us immediately, and we will find the best options for you.

When you purchase one-on-one courses, each teacher has their own hourly rate, and you can buy the required number of class hours in one or multiple transactions as needed. AP Training does not have a minimum order limit, but we still recommend that you purchase the needed class hours in advance, as teachers' time may be booked by other students. If you find that the teacher does not meet your expectations after purchasing, you can also refund the unused course fees. For group courses, you need to pay the full course fee before the start of the course. If you withdraw before the course begins, you will receive a full refund; after the course has started, you can choose to refund the remaining amount on a prorated basis at any time.

Our online courses are usually conducted via Zoom. Like many other online courses, you will enter a virtual classroom according to the course schedule (either on a phone or computer), and the teacher will use materials such as slides, whiteboards, textbooks, and audio/videos to assist their teaching in the Zoom classroom. You should make sure that you are in an environment where you can study without being disturbed by others and can interact with the teacher through voice

In one-on-one courses, the hourly rates of different teachers do indeed vary. In fact, the hourly rates are set by the teachers themselves. As a platform, AP Training respects each teacher's choice (as long as the prices they set are within a reasonable range). It is worth noting that the price does not entirely reflect the teacher's teaching level. If you are interested in courses not listed on the website, you can also contact our customer service, and we would be happy to assist you. You can even gather a group of friends together, and we can arrange new group courses for you and your friends.

To accommodate the busy schedules of tutors at AP Training, we kindly request that students make class appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule appointments within this time frame. Thank you for your understanding.

We understand that unexpected events may arise, but please be mindful that our tutors' time is their source of income. When a student reserves a time slot for tutoring, that time slot is then unavailable to other students. If a class is canceled before it begins, our tutors are unable to find a replacement student in such short notice. To ensure fairness for both our tutors and students, we have a cancellation policy in place. If a cancellation is necessary, please notify your tutor at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours in advance will incur a 50% deduction of the class fee, while cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class will result in a 75% deduction. Absenteeism, or cancellations made after the scheduled start time of the course, will result in a 100% deduction of the current class hours. We value our students and tutors' time and dedication, and we hope to provide a supportive learning environment for all parties involved. The duration of each class will be agreed upon between the student and the tutor.

We respect our tutors' schedules and advise students to notify their tutor of any necessary class time adjustments at least 48 hours in advance. If a class start time is postponed, the tutor has the right to end the class on time and charge the original class fee. Late students may have their attendance recorded and the tutor has the right to dismiss the class on time. Leaving early may also be recorded in the class hours. We recommend that students join the class at least 2 minutes before the scheduled start time. Effective communication with tutors is essential for a successful learning experience.

All one-on-one courses require advance booking to ensure students receive high-quality educational services. When students request additional classes on short notice, tutors often have to sacrifice their other planned arrangements to prepare for the class or work under significant time pressure. Therefore, we recommend that students and parents book educational services in advance.

At AP Training, we have a rigorous process for hiring and managing our tutors. We carefully screen candidates to ensure they have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and positive customer evaluations. We provide pre-job training to ensure our tutors understand the learning style of our students and are equipped to address common learning challenges. Throughout the teaching process, we provide feedback and suggestions to our tutors to address any issues that arise. We also ask for user feedback on every lecture taught by our tutors and use this information to make necessary adjustments to ensure the teaching remains effective. Our team works closely with our tutors to determine the content and schedule of all public classes. For personalized courses, we collect basic information from the student and share it with the tutor to develop a customized teaching plan. This plan is reviewed and approved by AP Training before implementation.

Unless otherwise stated, all courses at AP Training can be ended at any time and refunded at the client's request. For one-on-one courses, please refer to the following refund policy: Cancellations made between 24-48 hours in advance will result in a 50% deduction of the class fee, while cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class will result in a 75% deduction. Absenteeism, or cancellations made after the scheduled start time of the course, will result in a 100% deduction of the current class hours. For group courses, you may request a proportional refund for unused class hours. Please note that all refunds are subject to a 7% processing fee, and refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days, depending on your financial institution.

We will communicate with you to match you with a suitable tutor based on your needs, and you can also indicate any preferences you have for a tutor. We offer services such as essay coaching, college selection advice, interview coaching, and more, with prices varying depending on the specific service.

In one-to-one classes, teaching assistants are responsible for the coordination of class time before class and other issues. This part of the cost is for the respect of teaching assistants to ensure that each class can be finished perfectly within a reasonable range. No, AP Training cannot guarantee that a student will be admitted to a specific university. Our services are designed to provide support and guidance to help students prepare their college applications, including providing college admissions consulting and essay coaching. We will make every effort to assist students in developing a personalized application strategy and provide professional advice, but ultimately the admission decision is made by the university and depends on their individual admission criteria and decision-making process.
